Can someone tell me why...

we try so hard to escape from reality? It's so bad that some people even try to create their own reality by picking and choosing things to "support" their reality. It is so confusing that anymore, the line between fantasy and reality has become an indistinguishable blur. It is almost pathetic to think that most things these days labeled "reality" are in fact completely staged and rehearsed.
